Abstract:The objective of the research was to analyze the functions of open government and its relationship with management in local municipalities in Peru. For this purpose, a survey was conducted in the Amazon region with the participation of 77 provincial and district municipalities. The data collected from the survey were processed in SPSS and Smart PLS.
