Данное исследование освещает динамику и перспективы развития финансовых технологий (финтеха) в России, с акцентом на изменения в банковском секторе, вызванные введением санкций в 2022 году. Анализируются последствия санкций для российских банков и их стратегии адаптации к новым реалиям в условиях геополитических турбулентностей. Особое внимание уделяется применению финансовых технологий в коммерческих банках как эффективного инструмента управления рисками в условиях санкционного давления. Статья проводит глубокий анализ тенденций в российском финтехе, охватывая аспекты цифровизации финансового сектора, роста онлайн-платежей, эволюции криптовалют и блокчейн технологий, а также интеграции искусственного интеллекта. Путем SWOT-анализа выделяются сильные и слабые стороны, возможности и угрозы для российского финтеха, подчеркивая необходимость разработки прозрачного законодательного регулирования и укрепления доверия пользователей. В заключении подчеркивается важность государственной поддержки и инвестиций для успешного развития российского финтех-сектора, обеспечивая его конкурентоспособность на глобальной арене.
This study highlights the dynamics and prospects for the development of financial technologies (fintech) in Russia, with an emphasis on changes in the banking sector caused by the introduction of sanctions in 2022. The consequences of sanctions for Russian banks and their strategies for adapting to new realities in the context of geopolitical turbulence are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the use of financial technologies in commercial banks as an effective risk management tool under sanctions pressure. The article provides an in-depth analysis of trends in Russian fintech, covering aspects of digitalization of the financial sector, the growth of online payments, the evolution of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence. Through a SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Russian fintech are highlighted, emphasizing the need to develop transparent legal regulation and strengthen user trust. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of government support and investment for the successful development of the Russian fintech sector, ensuring its competitiveness on the global stage.
