Analysis of the effectiveness of aspirin for the prevention of preeclampsia and alternative methods of prevention

Abstract: Introduction. Preeclampsia is a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy that remains one of e leading causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. The preventive strategy of prophylaxis with acetylsalicylic acid gives only a relative reduction in risk, and in a significant part of cases is ineffective.
