Analysis of the Discriminatory Perceptions of Victims on Damage from Environmental Pollution: A Case Study of the Hebei Spirit Oil Spill in South Korea

Abstract: Environmental pollution causes severe damage to local communities, which is perceived differently by different victims, that is, the damage is discriminatory.
