Analysis of the demand for gastronomic tourism in Andalusia (Spain)

Abstract: In recent years, gastronomy has become a fundamental motivation to travel. Learning how to prepare gastronomic dishes and about the raw materials that compose them has attracted increasing numbers of tourists.
