Analysis of T cell subsets in lichen planus- a perception to pathogenesis

Abstract: Introduction: Lichen planus (LP) is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis, histopathologically characterized by band like lymphohistiocytic infiltrate obscuring the dermo-epidermal interface and associated with basal cell vacuolar degeneration.
