21st century learning, especially in learning physics leads to the achievement of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). These skills can be achieved with various efforts, both the application of learning models and the use of appropriate learning materials. This study aims to develop a valid guided inquiry-based students worksheet as one alternative that can be done to achieve HOTS. The use of this student worksheet can help improve students’ thinking skills through orientation activities, formulating problems, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, testing hypotheses, and formulating conclusions. This research used the ADDIE model. The validation of this student worksheet is in the fourth stage, namely the development stage, which is carried out after the product is created. The results of the validation analysis by experts showed that the guided inquiry-based student worksheets developed were in the very valid category with an average score of 83.1%. This shows that this worksheet has feasibility in terms of presentation, content feasibility, linguistic, and graphic aspects. The results of this validation can contribute as a basis for developing learning materials, especially supporting the optimization of HOTS.

Problem-solving skills are an important basic competency in 21st-century learning through the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. However, the problem-solving skills of students in Indonesia are still low. Therefore, an effective learning model is needed to improve problem-solving skills, one of which is through the development of teaching modules. This study aims to develop teaching modules based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) assisted by e-books to improve the problem-solving skills of grade X high school students based on content, construct, and language feasibility. This research uses a development approach with the 4D model, which includes the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. However, this research only focuses on the development stage (Develop) by conducting module validation. The validation was conducted by three validators, namely educational expert lecturers and material expert lecturers. The results showed that the PBL-based teaching module to improve problem-solving skills had met the validity criteria regarding content, construct, and language. By using the mode value, a value of 4 and a validity percentage of 100% were obtained with a very valid category. Therefore, the teaching module developed is suitable for use in trials on students in the learning process to improve problem-solving skills.

Science and technology, which continue to experience development in education at the school level, raise demands and improvements in the learning process. In the 21st century, critical and creative thinking skills are needed for students. Therefore, interactive learning media are developed to make students more active and can make improvements to students' critical and creative thinking skills. The development of interactive learning media aims to create interactive learning media based on critical and creative thinking skills on valid and practical circular motion material. This study used the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The validation test resulted in the developed interactive learning media obtained a result of 0.78 with a reasonably valid category. The validation results showed that the interactive learning media was not yet valid, so it needed to be revised based on the validator's suggestions to make the product more valid. After revision, the product was declared usable. The results of the practicality test conducted on high school physics teachers in Padang obtained 91% results, indicating that interactive learning media is practical to use. Based on the results of the validation test and practicality test, interactive learning media based on critical and creative thinking skills in circular motion material is declared valid and practical.
