Advanced technology is required to support the needs of metal manufacture in shaping many various products. An electrical furnace with inverter topology is one of example advanced technology application to melt and alloy metals and refractories. However, a furnace inverter is a non-linear load that creates voltage and current harmonics in the electrical network. Harmonics generate distortions and voltage variations in the electrical grid and it makes the grid is out of balance. Another effect of an electric furnace is a decrease in power factor, resulting in reduced electrical efficiency as well as transformer capacity. In this works, a model investigation and analysis are carried out to combine a active power factor correction and active hybrid filters to get the best outcomes for better furnace inverter performance to the electrical grid. The furnace inverter is modeled in equivalent power and control circuit to deliver the matched value in power factor with 1-3 percent difference to manufacturing data equipment. The results of the experiment show that the proposed model for the modified furnace has delivered the improving electrical power quality in the power factor by 13 percent to 17 percent. The other promising results are a reduction in power distortions, sag, and swell.

Integration of modern routing algorithms in logistics is aimed at minimizing costs. The formation of the most effective solutions must take into account the complexity and the variety of types of tracks. It is advisable to optimize the route only after localizing the square of movement, analyzing the terrain, developing the infrastructure of the sector, as well as taking into account the technical characteristics of the declared vehicle and the construction algorithm. The study of the principles of the hierarchical approach in the formation of the route justifies the use of the wave algorithm in the formation of the optimal route on a digital map that meets multifactor criteria: determining the direction of movement of an object by sector, calculating the resources spent on overcoming a specific area of terrain and displaying the results of movement-minimizes costs when building routes.

At present, the security of information systems plays a key role not only for large enterprises, but also for individuals. The information presented in the paper considers an innovative approach to the organization of multi-stage protection of information networks based on access matrices created and specified by data on the degree of criticality of protected files against illegal actions of third parties. The authors proposed to use several levels of criticality with three degrees: critical for program running; important for programs; not critical to programs. Besides, an algorithm for determining the criticality level by file extension as universal is proposed as the basic one. Timely response to changes in critical files not only of the operating system, but also of all programs significantly increases the security of enterprise systems. Moreover, the proposed method can be used to minimize the loss of important data.
