Investigating the Intradermal Irritation Test of Hydrogel: A Study on Domestic Production

Abstract: To investigate the potential skin irritation response of domestically produced medical poly(methyl methacrylate) hydrogel, the intradermal injection method was used. Healthy white rabbits were selected for intradermal injection of 0.5% sodium chloride solution as a control, 0.5% sodium chloride extract, and olive oil extract for the test samples.
