Analysis of mutual assured destruction-like scenario with swarms of non-recallable autonomous robots

Abstract: This paper considers the implications of the creation of an autonomous robotic fighting force without recall-ability which could serve as a deterrent to a 'total war' magnitude attack. It discusses the technical considerations for this type of robotic system and the limited enhancements required to current technologies (particularly UAVs) needed to create such a system.
