Milk is a food ingredient that is considered main source of nutrition for humans because contains essential substances for the body. Microbial contamination of milk can pose various health hazards to humans. Information regarding trends in microbial contamination and mapping its distribution is still limited. Research continues to develop rapidly with methods of analyzing bibliographic linkages with scientific communication models, data that is increasingly interesting to explore. The data were analyzed using bibliometric methods related to milk contamination in Indonesia. After sorting, 108 suitable articles were obtained. The results of the analysis show the peak of article production. After 2021, there was a decrease in the number of publications, indicating a shift in research direction. International collaboration between countries also looks significant. Key themes such as “probiotics,” “milk yield,” and “lactic acid bacteria (lab)” emerged as dominant focuses in this study. Meanwhile, the theme in the ‘Emerging or Declining Themes’ area, has not yet become main focus, but there is potential for development, and challenges that require further research and innovation. Overall, this review provides insight into research trends, international collaborations, and theme dynamics, eflecting the need for future research to continue to explore and reassess research focus.

Makanan sehat menjadi indikasi kesehatan manusia. Komoditi sayuran merupakan jenis tanaman yang sering dimasak oleh ibu-ibu dalam menyiapkan makanan. Sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk menjadi sehat yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi sayuran organic. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan membentuk masyarakat di ranting aisyiyah yang mandiri dengan memanfaatkan urban farming dengan pertanian organik dengan konsep polibag. Permasalahan masyarakat yaitu memanfaatkan lahan dengan konsep urban farming yang menghasilkan secara ekonomi sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai pendapatan pendamping dalam mengisi kesibukan. Solusi dari permasalahn tersebut dengan memberikan keterampilan melalui pelatihan budidaya tanaman organik dalam polybag, model vertikultur. Pembuatan nutrisi organic sebagai solusi untuk menjaga ketersediaan pupuk bagi tanaman. Pemanfaatan bahan-bahan disekitar rumah sebagai nutrisi organic baik secara padat dan cair seperti sisa sayuran dan air leri. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan pembuatan pupuk stater yaitu pupuk biolactobacilus, Mikroorganisme Lokal (MOL).

This study aims to determine the growth and yield of Pakcoy plants with nutrient concentasry and liquid organic fertilizer in the Wicksist hydroponics system. The study was carried out on February 14, 2022 – April 14, 2022 at Green House Umsida using a randomized design method of groups with a single factor, namely a combination of ab mix nutrient concentration and liquid organic fertilizer consisting of 4 levels: AB Mix Nutrient Concentration 2000 ppm + Without POC, AB Nutrition Mix Concentration 1500 ppm + POC 500 ppm, Ab Mix Nutrient Concentration 1000 ppm + POC 1000 ppm, Ab Mix Nutrient Concentration 500 ppm + POC 1500 ppm. Observation of plant height, weevil diameter, leaf julah, wet weight and dry weight. The results of this study showed that the combination of AB MIX nutrients with liquid organic fertilizer from leri water fermented by lactobacilus bacteria affected the growth and production of mustard crops. On the K3 treatment (Ab Mix Nutrient Concentration 1000 ppm + POC 1000 ppm) had a significant influence on all observations. Providing a balanced concentration of nutrients with liquid organic fertilizers reduces the use of chemical fertilizers
