Analysis of Metering and Billing Models of Private Pure Electric Vehicle Oriented Operation

Abstract: This article investigates different energy replenishment modes of private pure electric vehicles, analyzes and compares the merits and drawbacks of various metering and billing models of different modes, and explains the implementation methods of each model.
