Analysis of Mechanophysical Properties of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim and Designing of Grade Sieve Machine

Abstract: Based on the field and lab measuerement in harvest time, Physical and mechanical properties of fritillaria ussuriensis maxim (FUM) are researched. Geometrical properties of FUM are analyzed using mathematical statistics method, and the variation sections of main index values of two kinds of FUM are obtained. Mechanical properties of FUM outsifting in screen penetrating process are tested by means of friction experiment, the friction coefficient and angle of repose of two kinds of FUM are obtained using mathema… Show more

“…The FUM used was manually harvested from Tieli City, Heilongjiang Province, China. After harvesting, the FUM was mixed with soil, transported to the laboratory using a specialized truck, and stored in a freezer at a temperature of 2-6 C and a humidity of approximately 13%-14% to prevent water loss (Song et al, 2023).…”

“…Due to the relationship between the absorbed energy and the collision height of FUM, the collision-absorbed energy factor can be replaced by the collision height. According to theoretical analysis, the maximum collision height of FUM in the drum is 1500 mm (Song et al, 2023), and the critical height for FUM damage is 300 mm (Li et al, 2021); therefore, the value range of collision height for this study was set to 300-1500 mm. According to the principle of equal levels, the five collision heights were 300, 600, 900, 1200, and 1500 mm.…”
