Analysis of Linear Tapered Waveguide by Two Approaches

Abstract: Abstract-This paper presents the analysis of linear tapered waveguide. Voltage-standing-wave-ratio (VSWR) is obtained from transmission matrix of the taper waveguide. Taper section is divided into number of section having uniform length. Transmission matrix of taper waveguide is found by multiplication of transmission matrix of each section.
