Analysis of ion current signal during negative valve overlap of HCCI combustion with high compression ratio

Abstract: Homogenous charge compression ignition (HCCI) combustion is a low temperature combustion process which combines high combustion efficiency with ultra-low [Formula: see text] raw emissions.
