Analysis of fecal microbial profiles in dogs with intestinal lymphangiectasia

Abstract: Intestinal lymphangiectasia (IL) is a common complication in dogs. This study analyzed intestinal microbiota using 16S rRNA amplicon analysis as candidate factors that strongly influence the small intestinal lymphatic vessels in dogs with and without IL.
