The purpose of this research is to determine how underlying assets, duration, default risk level, Sukuk liquidity, and profitability affect Sukuk yields between 2016 and 2019. One of the primary motivations for such studies was the failure of asset-based Sukuk with low default risk but not with asset-backed Sukuk. Then, this study focuses on two types of Sukuk, namely asset-based Sukuk and asset-backed Sukuk, and how the yield of each type is determined by the underlying asset. Until then, duration, default risk level, Sukuk liquidity, and profitability are used as control variables in evaluating the impact of underlying assets on Sukuk yields. This study employed an analysis of the difference between the two independent sample groups as well as multiple regression. The analysis was performed on each type of Sukuk. The analysis revealed that the Sukuk yields of the two groups differed, with an asset-based Sukuk generating more than an asset-backed Sukuk. Meanwhile, in asset-based Sukuk, the risk of default raises the yield while duration, liquidity, and profitability remain unchanged. The default risk level and profitability do not affect the yield in the asset-backed Sukuk group, whereas the duration and liquidity of the Sukuk have a positive effect on the yield.

Secularism has been entering every aspect of life, including a micro-level of financial management of a family. This study sheds light on how religious views can be used to minimize the influence of secularism. This study was mainly aimed at demonstrating how sacred goals in Muslim families, through Sakeenah values, can be used as an antidote to secularism practices in managing family finance. Thirteen contextual characteristics of financial management in eight Muslim families were identified using the Grounded Theory method. These characteristics were used to verify main concepts—basic financial management, family structure, Sakeenah elements, and a form of secularism—usury. Using the Grounded Theory method was also the other aim of this study that demonstrated its use to deepen the interrelation between those four main concepts and those characteristics contextually. Several limitations surfaced after the analyses, and this allowed recommendations for future studies.

Bank Oranye is engaged in the provision of priority banking services and becomes one of the leading Indonesia's state-owned enterprises that provides global wealth management. Apparently, Bank Oranye faced an intense competition with several players in priority banking service (which gradually provides complete wealth management products and/or services and able to go digitalize) and compete with investment products substitute offered by Fintech. This research intends to uncover the possibilities by analyzing the driving forces that could affect the priority banking business. The end result is to develop the scenarios and the formulation of implications and options. The scenario planning is developed based on external analysis (using PESTEL model and Porter 5 Forces) and internal analysis (VRIO analysis and Business Model Canvas). The critical uncertainties are determined by conducting in-depth interviews with company's experts and literature study. The two critical uncertainties that will affect priority banking business of Bank Oranye in the next 5 years are: Technology Development and Adoption in the core banking system (including the adoption among priority customers) and Government Policy and Regulations. These two critical uncertainties will shape the way Bank Oranye performs with its vision to becomes one stop financial solutions for its customers.
