Analysis of Factors Influencing the Use of Chinese Online Education Platform: A DEMATEL-ISM Based Approach

Abstract: Under the background of macro environment, on the basis of PEST analysis framework, the paper summaries 11 factors which influence the application of users of Chinese online education platform.
