Abstract:In this work, the E-glass in the powder form is considered as reinforcement with PolyLacticAcid (PLA) to analyze a composite using the micromechanics approach. The particle reinforced composite properties were estimated through Finite Element software ANSYS. Finite element model was validated with analytical expressions.
