“…When a volleyball hits an athlete's body, forces and energies had transferred to anatomical structures, including skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones. These may lead to sports injury, so the mechanical properties of volleyballs, especially the stiffness of the ball to reduce the forces on the limbs of athletes, can play a role in causing injury [1,2].
