Abstract: In this work, a compact quadruplet arrow slotted elliptical shaped notch band printed microstrip antenna is designed and analyzed for modern wireless communication systems. Initially, a compact elliptical-shaped antenna model with defected ground structure is designed for ultra-wideband (UWB), having a working range of 3.1 to 10.6 GHz.
