Analysis of Antenna Isolation Using Decoupling Structure

Abstract

In this paper, isolation enhanced antenna using isolating resonator was proposed. Two loop type antennas were designed to operate at Wi-Fi band(2.4～2.5 GHz), in symmetry to the center, and are closely located to each other. In order to enhance isolation characteristics at Wi-Fi bands, isolating resonator was designed between the two loop type antennas. The proposed isolating resonator is a slot type antenna that enhances isolation with the control of the size, and by adjusting the value of capacitor(CD) the resonant frequency of the isolating resonator can easily be adjusted to enhance isolation characteristic at the target frequency. . 공진기 를 사용하지 않고 격리도를 상승시키기 위한 기존 연구 로는 첫째, 두 안테나 사이를 반파장 이상 이격시키는 방 법이 있는데, 이는 휴대 단말기의 특성상 제한된 공간으 로 사실상 실제 제품에 적용시키기 많은 어려움이 있다 [5], [6] . 둘째, 안테나 사이에 stub나 EBG(Electromagnetic BandGap), Neutralization line, suspended-line 같은 구조물을 추 가하는 방법이 있다 [7] . 하지만 Stub나 EBG의 경우, 그라 ⓒ
