Analysis and Simulation of the Optical Properties of a Quantum Dot on a Graphene Nanoribbon System

Abstract: In this work, we theoretically study the optical properties of a graphene nanoribbon with a quantum dot (QD) on it. The system consists of a graphene nanoribbon with dimensions of 400 × 3100 (nm2) and a quantum dot with a nanoscale radius.
