Abstract:Amaranthus tricolor L. is a cultivated green vegetable, commonly known as amaranth, which is similar to spinach, broccoli, and cabbage. In the present study, we investigated the antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of the methanol extract and various fractions from A. tricolor.
