Analysis and Optimization of Dynamic and Static Characteristics of Compliant Amplifying Mechanism

Abstract: Compliant amplifying mechanisms are used widely in high-precision instruments driven by piezoelectric actuators, and the dynamic and static characteristics of these mechanisms are closely related to instrument performance. Although the majority of existing research has focused on analysis of their static characteristics, the dynamic characteristics of the mechanisms affect their response speeds directly. Therefore, this paper proposes a comprehensive theoretical model of compliant amplifying mechanisms based o… Show more

“…The device structure is shown in Figure 2a. A phosphorescent deep red emitter (DRD) previously reported in [8] was used. All organic layers were vacuum deposited on 6" glass substrates coated with a pre-patterned ITO layer under a vacuum of ~ 10 -6 Torr, and the devices were encapsulated with cover glasses using UV-cured epoxy in an N2 environment.…”

“…OLED 6 achieves a CE of 75 cd/A at CIE (x, y)= (0.707, 0.293), an operating voltage of 3.6 V and a LT95 of >15,000 h at 10 mA/cm 2 . OLED 5, previously reported [8] using a conventional HIL configuration is also listed in Table 3 for comparison. As can be seen here, even with the same red emitter, adopting dual PDs leads to a 27% enhancement in luminance efficiency.…”
