Analysis and identification of IS1548insertion targets inStreptococcus agalactiae

Abstract: The prevalence of the insertion sequence IS1548 is strongly linked to clonal complex 19 Streptococcus agalactiae strains associated with neonatal meningitis and endocarditis.
