Analysis and Design of Wide Band 28/38 GHz Antenna Array Integrated with 3D printed Dielectric Lens For 5G Automotive Applications

Abstract: This paper presents the design of a Chebyshev linear antenna array (CLA) integrated with the dielectric lens. In comparison to a uniform amplitude distribution (UAD), a Chebyshev amplitude distribution (CAD) is used to achieve a low side lobe level (SLL) characteristic and increase the directivity of the antenna array.
