Analysing the relationship between global REITs and exchange rates: Fresh evidence from frequency-based quantile regressions

Abstract: Purpose: This paper investigates the asymmetric dependence structure between real estate investment trusts (REITs) and currencies from Europe, North America, Asia, and Australasia.
