Abstract: Purpose To assess the feasibility of ultrasound-guided (US-guided) radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) and determine predictive factors for hypocalcemia and elevated serum intact parathyroid hormone(ePTH) with normocalcemia after ablation.
