Abstract:Solid-pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) of the pancreas is a low-grade malignant tumour, that mainly affects young females. Given its typical clinical characteristics, histopathological morphology and immunohistochemical nuclear expression of β-catenin, it is usually not difficult to diagnose SPN.
