Analisis Tarif Angkutan Umum berdasarkan Ability To Pay, Willingnes To Pay dan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (Studi Kasus : PERUM DAMRI trayek : Cicaheum – Leuwi Panjang)

Abstract

Perum DAMRI is a state-owned company (BUMN) whose business operations are engaged in transportation services and the only mode of public transportation, to be precise, a government-owned city bus located in Bandung City. As a public transportation mode company, it is hoped that it needs to have an optimal budget and services that are safe, fast, cheap, comfortable and efficient so that the form of solution so that users of transportation modes do not switch to other public transportation. This will affect the rate set. From the research results, it is found that the value of the ability to pay (ATP) on average based on 5 categories of work types, namely Rp. 3,834 and willingness to pay (WTP)namely Rp. 4,269, -with vehicle operating costs (BOK) of Rp. 5,000, -. From the results of this research, it can be used as a benchmark as a policy at DAMRI Public Corporation because determining the amount of this tariff can certainly balance the interests of users of public transportation modes with entrepreneurs of public transportation modes and make an improvement and development of tariffs on DAMRI buses in the future.
