Analisis Sentimen Media Sosial: Penerapan E-Katalog dalam Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa di Indonesia

Abstract: Proses pengadaan barang dan jasa berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, salah satu wujud inovasi pengadaan barang dan jasa adalah program e-katalog (elektronik katalog).
