This study aims to analyze the impact of the pandemic on Bali's regional economic resilience and how the workcation trend brought by digital nomad tourists able to encourage tourism recovery in Bali. The research method used is descriptive-analytical, including examining documents and statements from experts that explained the response to the economic shocks that occurred in Bali Province. Data sources were obtained from tourism ministry performance reports, BPS data, news articles and accredited journals. The study revealed that the resistance phase is demonstrated by the disruption of the tourism sector when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, causing economic Bali to decline. The reorientation phase is demonstrated by the ability of government and business actors to adjust and adapt from shocks. The workcation trend brought by digital nomads is suitable for application during the adaptation period. The recovery phase is demonstrated by the revival of tourism in Bali Province with an increase in the number of foreign tourists. One of them comes from digital nomad tourists who increase regional income. Based on analysis using the regional economic resilience model, Bali Province in 2023 will approach economically resilient status.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kinerja keuangan (Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, dan Earning Per Share) secara simultan, parsial dan dominan terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor transportasi yang listing di BEI sebelum dan saat Covid-19. Data yang diambil pada penelitian ini dari 2018 sampai tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil sampel diperoleh 10 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan dari total 30 populasi perusahaan sektor transportasi yang listing di BEI. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder, diperoleh dari web finance.yahoo.com dan www.idx.com. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CR (Current Ratio) dan DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan jasa tranportasi yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2018- 2021. ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return On Equity), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan jasa tranportasi yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2018-2021. Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan jasa tranportasi yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2018-2021.

This study analyzes the management carried out to carry out economic recovery in the tourism sector affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. From time to time, this pandemic continues to find solutions. So that the national and global economy can recover as before. Some countries have carried out various stages of economic recovery, and the fact is that the covid-19 pandemic is still affecting world events. The covid-19 virus first appeared in Wuhan, Hubei, China, in December 2019. As of October 2021, more than 238,662,395 cases have been reported worldwide. Of course, this has a huge impact on the world economy, especially harming the tourism industry. Because the pandemic has imposed social restrictions on the country, both inter-regional and international tourists. This study discusses the implementation of POAC management including 1.) Planning work to achieve economic recovery and national resilience; 2) organizational effects of economic recovery and national resilience; 3) drivers of economic and national resilience recovery; 4) regulations impacting economic recovery and defense.
