The current Covid-19 pandemic forces the learning process to be carried out online or long distance to impact every factor that supports smooth learning, one of which is student learning motivation. Thus, this study aims to determine the impact of online learning on vocational school students' learning motivation. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The research approach used is a literature study by collecting data from the results of research that has been done previously that discusses the variables related to this research. The study indicates that several factors cause a decrease in student learning motivation, including the need for more learning facilities to support student learning activities, including electronic devices and inadequate Internet networks. Boredom is also another factor that reduces students' learning motivation. In addition, changing the method of delivering learning materials to giving individual assignments is a burden for students. The role of the teacher as a motivator and mentor for students in learning could be more optimal, which also causes a decrease in student learning motivation. Parents who are busy and need more time to pay attention to their children's learning conditions also reduce students' learning motivation.

Implementing online learning in a higher education environment requires an analysis of learning outcomes and their impact on students, lecturers, and the institutions that administer the learning. The implementation of online learning shows that the learning process takes place and the readiness of lecturers and students to implement online learning. The impact given by online learning is in the form of GPA and student perceptions of the learning process they experience. Based on the research results, various findings were obtained, including that mastery of online learning LMS was not optimal, learning outcomes in the form of GPA were relatively high, students' perceptions of online learning were still low, especially in terms of lecturer readiness and students' confidence in their competence after participating in learning.

The lack of development of learning media in schools causes students to have difficulty understanding chemical bonding material. The use of chemistry textbooks in the study of chemical bonds is not enough to reduce the abstraction of the object of the study. The lack of use of the technology-based website in developing interactive video learning media is a major problem. Measuring the student's responses to the interactive learning video on the chemical bonding material. This study uses the ADDIE development model. This study begins by analyzing the problems and limitations encountered in chemistry learning. The quality of interactive video learning media with an assessment percentage of 92.5% by media experts, 91.66% by material experts, and 88.12% by teacher practitioners. Based on the results of testing on 31 students, the percentage of assessment was 84.66% which had a very good category. Web-Based Interactive Learning Videos on Chemical Bonding Grade X in Senior High School were declared valid based on expert and practitioner assessments. Results of the assessments of these experts consistently categorize H5P as very good or good. The general assessment of this video is very good and can be used. It consists of the background, objective, methods, results, and conclusion of the research.
