Melalui penelitian ini, dilakukan pengkajian penelusuran banjir di Kota Bandar Lampung, khususnya di salah satu DAS terbesarnya yang dimilikinya, yaitu DAS Way Kuripan. Di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan skenario tata guna lahan dengan kondisi eksisting dan kondisi perubahan tata guna lahan. Perubahan tata guna lahan yang disebut dengan skenario 1 mengalami perubahan tata guna lahan dengan nilai imperviousness berkisaran antar 15% sampai dengan 50% pada sub-sub DAS Way Kuripan, sedangkan pada skenario ke-2, tata guna lahan berubah berkisar antara 40% sampai dengan 60% untuk daerah impervious. Penelusuran banjir dibantu dengan perangkat lunak Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) versi 5.2. dengan mengabaikan penelusuran banjir pada sistem drainasenya, sehingga yang dilihat adalah respon hidrologi berupa debit banjir dari DAS. Pemodelan yang dilakukan memperhitungkan pengaruh hujan rencana dengan kala ulang 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 dan 200 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DAS Way Kuripan mengalami peningkatan debit puncak yang signifikan akibat skenario perubahan tata guna lahan tersebut. Skenario 1 menunjukkan peningkatan debit puncak sekitar 67% sedangkan skenario 2 menunjukkan peningkatan sekitar 106%.

An individual level of disaster awareness ultimately influences the approach and nature of actions taken to mitigate and prepare for disasters, and can contribute to reducing community vulnerability to disasters, especially among those from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Furthermore, a better understanding of the critical differences in information-seeking behavior can assist in designing effective intervention models and approaches. Therefore, this paper discusses the model for strengthening local communities’ disaster awareness and information literacy behavior. Mixed method research is based on research questions using case studies from two local governments in Lampung Province; Bandar Lampung City and South Lampung Regency. Quantitative analysis was performed with simple statistics. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis was carried out using an interactive model assisted by triangulation tables. The solution that can be used so that disaster education and literacy become strong and equitable is to combine it with a specific approach. The approach we suggest in this research is the concept of multistakeholder education. Keywords: disaster literacy, disaster education, disaster awareness

These studies aim to accomplish the following: (1). Examining and developing a crowdsourcing-based model for community disaster preparedness, (2). Outline the model for disaster management in the region and the structure and procedure that will be used to put it into effect in local communities. The R&D method behind this study aimed to undertake a thorough analysis before constructing a brand-new framework for the concept. The province of Lampung was chosen because it has both an established regulatory framework for disaster management and innovative technical programs. New processes and workflows for volunteer coordination were defined and tested in collaboration with the Indonesia Community disaster and other volunteer group as the end user, and a platform was developed to support them. Increased situational awareness in real-time via unprompted input from many users is a key benefit of such a system. Not only that, but unannounced participants can join the conversation simply by signing up for a website or portal. The crowdtasking system will not fully trust spontaneous volunteers until the community disaster staff has verified their profiles. As a result, they are given less important and less taxing activities than pre-registered volunteers, and their observations are given less weight.
