Analisis Pengembangan Kompetensi Profesional Guru di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract: Penelitian dilatarbelakangi perlunya pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru di sekolah dasar agar kualitas guru yang bersangkutan bisa terus dipertahankan bahkan ditingkatkan. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.
