Abstract:Utilization of wind energy potential has resulted in developments in the design of a permanent magnetic generator of 18 16 pole slots. In the design of a permanent magnet generator 18 16 pole slots are only able to produce an efficiency of 70%. This research aims to increase the efficiency of these generators.
