Analisis Organoleptik Ikan Layang (Decapterus sp.) Pindang Dengan Asam Alami

Abstract: Penelitian menggambarkan pengaruh asam jeruk nipis, asam belimbing wuluh, dan asam jawa terhadap nilai organoleptik. Metode Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari empat perlakuan, tanpa tambahan asam (P0) asam jeruk nipis (P1), asam belimbing wuluh (P2), dan asam jawa (P3) dengan 3 kali ulangan.
