Analisis Mutasi Gen rpoB sebagai Penanda Resistensi Rifampisin pada Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru di BBKPM Makassar

Abstract: Tuberkulosis paru adalah salah satu penyakit infeksi menular yang menyerang saluran pernapasan bawah yang disebabkan oleh bakteri patogen yaitu Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Kesulitan dalam penanganan tuberkulosis salah satunya disebabkan oleh terjadinya resistensi antibiotik rifampisin sebagai antibiotik lini pertama.
