Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi sains mata pelajaran Biologi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri di Kota Yogyakarta dan menganalisis kemampuan literasi sains mata pelajaran Biologi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri pada sekolah sangat favorit, favorit dan kurang favorit di Kota Yogyakarta berdasarkan indikator literasi sains PISA 2018.
