Analisis Karakteristik Temperatur Area Terbakar (Burned Area) Menggunakan Data Landsat-8 Tirs Di Kalimantan

Abstract: Biomass burning in an area will leave traces of fire such as charcoal, ash, and outcrop of land in the area known as the burned area. The burnt area is thought to have a relatively higher temperature than the surrounding area were not burned. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the temperature of the burned area using remote sensing data of Landsat-8 TIRS (Thermal Infra Red Sensor). The selected research locations are parts of Central Kalimantan and South Kalimantan incoming Landsat scene-8 pat… Show more

“…One of the satellite interpretation activities of illegal logging activities is through the assessment of biomass which causes critical factors that affect changes in vegetation cover and carbon emissions from other consequences of forest degradation such as forest fires. 25 The same thing also happened in Aceh's forest, LAPAN's very significant contribution in providing the most up-to-date data on the condition of Aceh's forestry. Based on data from satellite imagery of Aceh's forests, especially forests included in the districts of West Aceh, South Aceh, Subususallam City, and Aceh Singkil Regency, so far known as the conservation area of the Mount Lauser National Park (TNGL) continues to experience shrinking.…”

“…A hotspot is a location on the earth's surface that has a relatively higher temperature compared to the surrounding area [7]. Hotspots are believed to provide indications of forest and land fires not only because their numbers are repeated and clustered but also because the confidence level (confidence level) has a significant influence on indications of forest and land fires [11].…”

“…The primary objective of hotspot monitoring is to expedite the fire extinguishing process in affected areas, enabling a timelier response to prevent the fires from spreading further. Data obtained from remote sensing has several advantages, making it highly valuable and suitable for implementation in Indonesia [7].…”

“…Hasil penelitian ini AHP dapat memecahkan permasalahan yang kompleks [7]. Penentuan prioritas pemadaman titik panas menggunakan metode AHP dapat ditentukan dengan kriteria luas daerah terbakar, jenis tanah dan jarak dari pemukiman [8]. Untuk menentukan ranking dalam analisis multikriteria digunakan metode PROMETHEE.…”
