Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Beban Kerja pada Karyawan Head Office di PT. Yuditama Mandiri (Justus Group) Bandung

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the workload. The sample of this research is head office employees at PT. Yuditama Mandiri (Justus Group) Bandung. Samples were taken based on saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees as many as 33 questionnaires. Statistical method using factor analysis, namely principal component analysis, with hypothesis testing the Bartlett test, KMO, and MSA. The results showed that the results of the 9 factors that were analyzed with a factor analysis model were the factors that affect the workload. These factors consist of 3 factors, namely the target factor to be achieved, working conditions factor, and job standard factor. Where is the most dominant factor affecting the workload at PT. Yuditama Mandiri (Justus Group) head office is a target factor that must be achieved where the indicator is Busy at a certain time. This is because these factors have the highest factor loading value in the Target To Be Achieved factor.
 Abstrak. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi beban kerja. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan head office di PT. Yuditama Mandiri (Justus Group) Bandung. Sampel diambil berdasarkan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan sebanyak 33 kuesioner. Metode statistik dengan menggunakan analisis faktor yaitu principal component analysis, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji Bartlett, KMO, dan MSA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari 9 faktor yang dianalisis dengan model analisis faktor yang merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi beban kerja. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri dari 3 faktor yaitu faktor Target Yang Harus Dicapai, faktor Kondisi Pekerjaan, dan faktor Standar Pekerjaan. Dimana faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi beban kerja di PT. Yuditama Mandiri (Justus Group) head office adalah faktor Target Yang Harus Dicapai dimana indikator Kesibukan Disaat Tertentu. Hal ini dikarenakan faktor tersebut memiliki nilai factor loading yang paling tinggi dalam faktor Target Yang Harus Dicapai.
