Losses due to the Covid-19 pandemic have a global impact on the life of a country, including companies in all sectors. Mining sector companies listed on the Sharia Securities List are also affected by this pandemic and are demanding companies to work harder for better productivity and selling points than the previous year. This study aims to determine factors such as company characteristics (ROA, DER, CR and size) that affect the mining sector company value (PBV) on the Sharia Securities List listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used is secondary data obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The research period starts from 2015 – 2020. The samples obtained were using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and the samples obtained were 8 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing are analytical techniques used. The result of this research is ROA has an effect on PBV. DER, CR and size partially have no effect on PBV. Mining sector companies listed on sharia securities should pay attention to company characteristics such as DER, CR and size to increase company value.

Financial reports are important elements in economics, so that a rule is formed in the financial reporting process called General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The aim is to unify financial reporting and financial reporting for each business entity in a country to facilitate the auditing process for fairness in reporting. This study will discuss earnings management in terms of Islamic ethics. The research method uses the literature review method concerning Islam's references and matters relating to profit management and Islamic business ethics. In this study, it can be seen that the behavior of a manager towards profit management by manipulating profit figures on paper is not following what is instructed by Islamic teachings and the basic laws of various types of muamalah are permissible until arguments are found that prohibit them.

This research aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomics and fundamental factors toward beta stock on Indonesia’s food and beverage company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. There are four independent variables such as exchange rate, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity are examined by descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypotheses testing. This research used quantitative research. Through purposive sampling, this research got 65 observations from 13 companies in 5 years which fulfill the criteria. The population of this research is food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The outcomes reveal a value of adjusted R-squared among dependent variables is 6.41%. The variables of the exchange rate, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity have no partially significant influence on beta stock while the current ratio has a significant partial influence in hypotheses testing. Simultaneously, the exchange rate, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity have no significant influence toward the beta stock of food and beverage companies. Before making investment and operational decisions, the investors and companies get the information from the result of this research in analyzing stock risk.
