Analisis Ekstrak Etanol Buah Labu Kuning (Cucurbita Moschata D.)

Abstract: Ekstrak etanol buah labu kuning (Cucurbita Moschata D.) telah diakui memiliki kadar senyawa flavonoid dengan menggunakan metode kolorimetri (AlCl3). Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar senyawa flavonoid pada ekstrak etanol buah labu kuning (Cucurbita Moschata D.).
