The development in the agricultural sector required an increase in human resource capacity. The special effort can be in the form of training and skills in processing agricultural products. The research aim was to analyze the factors that influence the dynamics of horticultural farmers groups, and assessed the level of group dynamics and the independence of horticultural farmer group members. The determination of the location of the research was performed by using a qualitative descriptive method, which was performed in two locations, which were Pujon Sub-district, Malang Regency and Batu City. The research was conducted from October to November 2019. The analysis used was descriptive analysis to describe the level of group dynamics in the two regions which were Pujon Sub-district Malang Regency and Batu City. The dynamics level of horticultural farmers in each region was categorized as low (? 20%), moderate (20.1% - 40%), normal (40.1% - 60%), high (60.1% - 80.00 %) and very high (? 80%). The results showed that the dynamics value of the horticultural group in Malang City was included in the high category, which was 77.18%. While the value of group dynamics in Malang Sub-district of Pujon was 77.08% and in Batu City was 77.27%, both regions were included in the high category.

This research aims to assess the performance of agricultural extension officers and the dynamics of farmer groups, as well as to identify the relationship between these two factors. The population in this study consists of 140 farmers who are members of 9 farmer groups, and the sample in this research includes 35 individuals selected using proportional random sampling. Data for the study was collected through questionnaires and subsequently analyzed quantitatively using class interval formulas and Spearman rank correlation. The results of the study indicate that the performance of agricultural extension officers and the dynamics of farmer groups in Matabubu Village, Poasia District, Kendari City, fall into the high or dynamic category, which implies that the farmer groups have effectively implemented the existing indicators. The performance of agricultural extension officers has a significant and close relationship with the dynamics of farmer groups, with a positive direction in the formed relationship.

Dinamika kelompok lembaga masyarakat desa hutan konservasi menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan melalui program kemitraan konservasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika kelompok, karakteristik individu, pendamping program kemitraan konservasi dan kohesivitas kelompok di Taman Nasional Meru Betiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner kepada 30 orang responden di empat blok pengelolaan pada bulan April-Juni 2022. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode cluster sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Komunikasi dalam kelompok LMDHK diharapkan memiliki kesamaan makna dan tujuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok LMDHK cukup dinamis dalam penerapan kemitraan konservasi. Karakteristik individu meliputi umur, intensitas kehadiran dan kepemilikan media memiliki hubungan nyata dengan penerapan kemitraan konservasi, sementara pendamping kemitraan dan dinamika kelompok tidak berhubungan nyata dengan penerapan kemitraan konservasi. Kepemilikan media komunikasi anggota kelompok dapat memudahkan penerimaan pesan. Pendamping kemitraan konservasi kurang mengoptimalkan penggunaan media komunikasi dalam menyampaikan informasi program kemitraan konservasi kepada kelompok.
