Abstract:Objetivo: Analisar as características do retinoblastoma (RB). Revisão bibliográfica: ORB é o tumor intraocular maligno mais comum em crianças, causado por mutações no gene do retinoblastoma (RB1) situado no cromossomo 13q14.2.
