Análise Do Desenvolvimento Motor De Escolares Do Ensino Médio Do Ifrr: Período De Transição Das Aulas Remotas Para Presenciais

Abstract

For two years, School Physical Education suffered from the pandemic process that limited the execution of the activities planned in the world and at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Roraima. In view of these aspects, in this study it was essential to carry out tests to assess motor development, a process that comprises the acquisition of motor skills and is essential for the development of other physical abilities, seeing that the students were restricted from leaving home, as well as as outdoor interactions. The studied sample consisted of 36 high school students, of both sexes, aged between 15 and 17 years, living in the city of Boa Vista-RR. The study took place at the IFRR Sports Gym, and the research instrument used was the battery of tests (Körperkoordination Test für Kinder -KTK), proposed by (SCHILLING; KIPHARD, 1974). There are four tasks to be performed: balance beams, single-pedal jumps, side jumps and transfer over platforms. The test result classified the sample's motor development level as normal, with 87.8% of the students with normal motor coordination and 12.8% with good motor coordination. Concluding that the analysis of the test components can help other researchers and professionals who work with school Physical Education and sports initiation to outline specific projects for the motor development of schoolchildren when they return to face-toface classes.
