Análise da estrutura categorial da Norma ISO 18104 na documentação em Enfermagem

Abstract: OBJETIVO: Verificar se a estrutura categorial da Norma ISO 18104 é adequada para apoiar a documentação eletrônica de diagnósticos e ações de enfermagem e auxiliar na formação de expressões diagnósticas e ações de enfermagem.
