Abstract:Aim. To study the analgesic effect of a new 1,4-benzodiazepine-2-one derivative (codenamed PAV-0056) in pain models in mice, its anti-inflammatory effect in experimental exudative inflammation in rats, and its potential ulcerogenic effect.Materials and methods.
