Abstract:OBJECTIVES:
Patients with sepsis are at significant risk for multiple organ dysfunction, including the lungs and kidneys. To manage the morbidity associated with kidney impairment, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) may be required. The extent of anakinra pharmacokinetics in CRRT remains unknown.
